things you leave with

Why this, why now

A WordPress build is priced against a template, because that is what the client thinks they are buying.

A WordPress build is priced against a template, because that is what the client thinks they are buying. Your ceiling is not skill, it is category. Same hours, tenth of the invoice, and the work is never yours to reuse.

What changed

AI collapsed the cost of writing application code, and clients now expect software rather than brochures. The agencies that moved from pages to products this year are quoting in dollars; the rest are competing on price.

What we actually cover

4 modules. Each ends with something working.

Module 1

From pages to products

  • Why the same work is worth ₹40,000 as a site and $10,000 as a product
  • Scoping conversations that surface the outcome, not the page count
  • Choosing projects that justify a dynamic build — and refusing the ones that do not
  • Positioning without pretending to be an enterprise consultancy

You can then

A way to talk about the work that changes the number

Module 2

The stack, built live

  • Next.js App Router, Postgres and an ORM — the parts that matter
  • Auth that a client's team can actually administer
  • A data model that survives the second feature request
  • The admin dashboard clients judge the whole build on

You can then

A running app with real auth and real data

Module 3

Payments and the webhook that must not break

  • Checkout, redirect, and why the redirect is never proof of payment
  • Server-to-server callbacks, signature verification, idempotency
  • Reconciliation for the webhook that never arrived
  • Refunds, and the state they leave behind

You can then

Money movement you can defend in a postmortem

Module 4

Ship it and hand it over

  • Preview deploys, environment secrets, instant rollback
  • Monitoring and alerting a two-person agency can actually run
  • The handover document that ends 11pm WhatsApp messages
  • Retainer structures for the maintenance the client now needs

You can then

A delivered project that keeps paying you

Outcomes

Things built with exactly this.

Open it →

You will walk away able to

  • 01Scope a project as a product with outcomes instead of a page count
  • 02Ship a Next.js + Postgres app with auth, payments and a dashboard, live on the call
  • 03Wire a payment gateway and a webhook that survives being replayed
  • 04Deploy with previews, rollback, and a client handover that does not page you
  • 05Price and pitch it — the proposal structure that gets a $10K yes

Who this is for

Developers and agency owners already delivering WordPress sites well, who keep losing the interesting projects to people charging ten times more.

Who this is NOT for

Anyone who has never shipped a website. Start with the GitHub & CI/CD workshop — this one assumes you can already deploy something.

The full run of show.

Published before you pay, to the minute. Nothing is pre-built off screen.

Sunday, 11 October 2026
10:00 am – 2:00 pm IST

  1. 10:00–10:30

    The category problem

Two identical scopes, two invoices, one difference in framing

  2. 10:30–11:15

    Scaffold the app

Empty repo to running Next.js + Postgres with auth, on screen

  3. 11:15–12:00

    Data model and admin dashboard

Model a real client domain and build the screens they will judge

  4. 12:00–12:15

    Break

  5. 12:15–13:00

    Payments end to end

Checkout, webhook, idempotency, reconciliation. Replay the webhook and watch nothing break.

  6. 13:00–13:30

    Deploy, rollback, hand over

Preview URLs, a deliberate bad deploy, and the revert

  7. 13:30–13:50

    Pricing and the proposal

Build the $10K proposal for the app we just shipped

  8. 13:50–14:00

    Q&A

Bring a live client conversation — we scope it together

This cohort hasn't run yet, so there are no quotes to show. We publish one when a real attendee gives us one and signs off on it being public — until then, the agenda above and the refund policy are what we're asking you to judge.

What you leave with

  • The production starter — Next.js, Postgres, auth, payments, admin dashboard
  • The $10K proposal template, with the scoping questions that justify it
  • Client handover kit — runbook, access matrix, support-scope document
  • Pricing calculator: outcome value, delivery cost, and the number in between

Before you decide

Do I need to be a strong developer?

You need to have shipped a website and be comfortable in a terminal. If you have never deployed anything, take the GitHub & CI/CD workshop first — it is ₹199 and it is the prerequisite.

Four hours is a lot. Is it worth it?

We build a complete application including payments. The agenda is published to the minute above so you can judge before paying. Nothing is pre-built off screen.

Will I really be able to charge $10K?

Not the week after. What changes is what you are selling and how you scope it — the price follows the category. We show the proposal that makes the case, and the projects it works on.

Is this stack-specific? I don't use Next.js.

The build is Next.js and Postgres because that is what we ship. The architecture — auth, data model, webhook idempotency, handover — transfers to any stack, and we call out where.

Why ₹2,999?

It is the flagship: four hours, forty seats, two instructors, and a complete application built live. One repriced project pays for it many times over.

Refunds?

Full refund before the session starts, no questions. See the refund policy.
