Terms of service

A seat in a live, scheduled online workshop, plus the deliverables listed on that workshop's page — typically a recording, a certificate, and templates.

Workshop pages publish the full agenda and the list of deliverables before you pay. If something on that page is wrong, that is our problem to fix, not yours to absorb.

A seat is personal to you. Please don't share your join link — sessions are small on purpose and we do check.

If we have to reschedule a cohort we will tell you as early as we can and you can move to another batch or take a full refund.

Recordings, templates and materials are licensed to you for your own use and your clients' work. Don't republish or resell them.

Recording access is gated to attendees of that specific workshop.

These are working sessions. We may remove anyone disrupting one, without a refund.
