Take an idea to a deployed, payment-ready product — in one AI-driven sprint

A 4-hour flagship build with engineers who ship AI products for a living. Watch a real product go from blank repo to live URL with auth, database and payments — then run the same sprint on your own idea.

Why this, why now

You've seen the demos — an app "built in minutes".

You've seen the demos — an app "built in minutes". Then you try it: the generated code collapses at the second feature, there's no auth, no database, no payments, and no path to production. The gap between an AI demo and a shippable product is exactly what nobody teaches.

What changed

AI coding agents crossed the reliability line in 2025–26 — production teams now ship with them daily. The developers who learn to direct them are absorbing the output of whole teams, and the window where this skill is rare is closing fast.

Who teaches it

Taught by the people who actually ship this.

Ramachandra Vikas

Systems Architect — platforms, agents, payments, infra

xeorank.com
  • Built XeoRank, a production AI SEO/AEO platform
  • Ships AI agent systems and payment infrastructure in daily production use

Sriramulu Jadda

Director & Full Stack Developer, PPCROY

ppcroy.com
  • Full-stack builds and integrations behind 500+ client engagements
  • Ships client web products end to end at PPCROY

What we actually cover

4 modules. Each ends with something working.

Module 1

The sprint operating system

  • Why 'prompt and pray' collapses at feature two — and the loop that doesn't
  • Specs as the steering wheel: writing requirements agents can't misread
  • Slicing a product into agent-sized pieces of work
  • Setting up the sprint workspace — repo, agent, guardrails

You can then

A sprint plan and workspace for a real product idea

Module 2

Build: the stack goes up live

  • Scaffolding Next.js + Postgres with agents — schema first, UI second
  • Auth without tears — sessions, OAuth, and what agents get wrong about it
  • Wiring payments end to end: checkout, webhook, the paid state
  • Keeping the codebase coherent while agents write most of it

You can then

A running app with auth, data and a checkout — built on the call

Module 3

Review: trusting AI code without reading every line

  • The review hierarchy — what must be human-read, what can be spot-checked
  • The bug classes AI actually produces, and the checks that catch them
  • Using a second agent as adversarial reviewer
  • Security passes: secrets, injection, authz — the non-negotiables

You can then

A review workflow fast enough to keep up with agent output

Module 4

Ship: production is a checklist, not a vibe

  • Deploying to Vercel with a real database and live webhooks
  • Environment discipline — secrets, staging vs prod, the first rollback
  • The pre-launch hardening list: rate limits, error states, monitoring
  • What week two looks like — iterating on a live product with agents

You can then

The product live on a real URL, and the runbook to keep shipping

Outcomes

Things built with exactly this.

Open it →

You will walk away able to

  • 01Run the full AI development loop — spec, scaffold, build, review, deploy — without drowning in generated code
  • 02Stand up a production stack: Next.js, Postgres, auth and payments, wired by agents under your direction
  • 03Write specs that make AI build the right thing the first time
  • 04Review AI-written code fast enough to trust it — the checks that actually catch the bugs
  • 05Deploy to a live URL with a real checkout, and know what to harden before real users arrive

Who this is for

Developers who want to 10x their shipping speed, technical founders sitting on an idea, and serious no-code builders ready to graduate to real infrastructure they own.

Who this is NOT for

Anyone who has never touched a codebase or a terminal — this is the flagship, not the on-ramp. Start with our entry workshops and ascend. Also not for teams looking for a no-code tool demo; you leave with real code you own.

The full run of show.

Published before you pay, to the minute. Nothing is pre-built off screen.

What you leave with

  • The full sprint playbook — spec → scaffold → build → review → deploy, step by step
  • The product spec template that makes agents build the right thing
  • Starter repo: Next.js + Postgres + auth + payments, the stack built live
  • The AI code-review checklist — what to check before you trust a diff
  • Deployment runbook: env, domains, webhooks, and the pre-launch hardening list

Before you decide

How much coding do I need to know?

You should be comfortable reading code and using a terminal — you don't need to be a senior engineer. If you've never coded at all, start with our entry workshops; this one assumes the basics.

Which AI tools does the sprint use? What do they cost?

An AI coding agent subscription (roughly ₹1,500–2,000/month tier) covers everything taught. The loop itself is tool-agnostic — we teach the workflow, and it transfers when the tools change.

Will I really have something deployed by the end?

You'll watch the full build go live during the session and leave with the starter repo, the playbook and the runbook. Most attendees deploy their own version within the week — the sprint is designed to be re-run alone.

Why ₹2,999? Bootcamps charge 50x that.

Bootcamps sell months of curriculum; this sells the one workflow that matters in 2026, taught in four hours by people who use it commercially every day — with everything you need to repeat it.

What if I can't attend live?

Recording, repo and playbook arrive within 24 hours. The live session is where your own idea gets sliced into a sprint plan, so come if you can.

Refunds?

Full refund before the session starts, no questions. See the refund policy.
