Privacy policy

When you register for a workshop we collect your name, email address and WhatsApp number. Application-gated workshops also collect the fit-check answers you give us (your role, how many sites you manage, and optionally a website URL).

We record which pages you viewed, which popups you saw, and which campaign brought you here (UTM parameters), so we can tell which of our marketing actually works.

Payments are handled by PhonePe. We store the transaction reference, the amount and the status — we never see or store your card or UPI credentials.

To deliver the workshop you registered for: confirmation, calendar invite, reminders, the join link, and afterwards the recording, certificate and templates.

To tell you about other workshops we run. You can stop this at any time — reply STOP on WhatsApp or use the unsubscribe link in any email, and it applies across both channels immediately and permanently.

To measure our advertising. We share hashed (SHA-256) versions of your email and phone number with Meta and Google so conversions can be matched to ad clicks. Hashing means they receive a one-way fingerprint, not the address itself.

We send WhatsApp messages using approved utility templates from the WhatsApp Business Platform. We do not send between 9pm and 9am IST, and we cap how often any one person hears from us.

Email is sent through Resend. Every non-transactional email carries an unsubscribe link.

We keep registration and payment records as long as we need them for accounting and support. Message logs are kept so we can prove what was sent and when.
