Refund policy

Full refund, no questions asked, any time before the workshop begins. Reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through PhonePe and typically take 5–7 working days to appear.

Once a live session has run we can't refund it, because the recording, certificate and every template are released immediately afterwards.

If the workshop didn't deliver what its page promised, tell us. We read every reply and we would rather refund you than have you feel misled.

If we cancel or reschedule a cohort you choose: move to another batch, or take a full refund. We will not keep your money for a session that didn't happen.

Your seat is released for someone else, and every scheduled message for that workshop is cancelled — you won't get a reminder for a session you're no longer attending.
